Beach Boys Concert:
Good vibes at Ocean World this weekend

COFRESI, Puerto Plata.- Guests at Ocean World's grand opening were treated to a Beach Boys concert Saturday, 16 December.

More than 2000 people attended this invitation-only concert and party thrown by Ludwig Meister to celebrate the opening of Ocean World's marina and casino. Grapevine reports tell of counterfeit invitations selling between $300 and $500 in Santo Domingo.

The 3.5 million dollar marina project is the first full service marina to open on the north coast of the Dominan Republic, creating a long awaited pitstop for yachters traveling between the Bahamas and West Indies.
