Base Camp Rates
Airfare and local ground transportation are not included in these rates. All rates are US Dollars unless otherwise specified
Per night $75 per person
- includes all meals and lodging at Base Camp One
- loaded cell phone for 24/7 communication and assistance
- Single Supplement. Rates are based on double occupancy at all Base Camps except Base Camp One, where no Single Supplement applies. Inquire
4 nights - $299 per person
- includes first and last nights lodging at Base Camp One plus optional overnight stays at 1 or 2 other Base Camps
- all meals for four days
- loaded cell phone for 24/7 communication and assistance
5 nights - $365 per person
- includes first and last nights lodging at Base Camp One plus optional overnight stays at up to 3 other Base Camps
- all meals for 5 days

7 nights - $499 per person
- includes first and last nights lodging at Base Camp One plus optional overnight stays at up to 4 other Base Camps
- all meals for 7 days
- loaded cell phone for 24/7 communication and assistance
8 nights +
- add $70 per night per person for additional nights at the Base Camps including lodging, meals and cell phone

Rate Includes
Your budget includes $30 per day for food, B$8/lL$10/D$12
When staying at Base Camp One
- breakfast is obligatory but lunch and dinner are not. Lunches and dinners not used are paid back in cash meaning you can go out and try other places in the area
When staying at other Base Camps
- your meal budget is paid back to you, in cash, for the days you are away from Base Camp One, as follows
- if breakfast is included at other base camps we give you back $22 cash per day so you can eat lunch and dinner wherever you choose
- If breakfast is not included at the other base camps give you back the full $30 per day meal budget in cash
- If you decide to stay outside the base camp network we give you back $60 cash per day with the balance going to administrative charges
Additional Expenses

- Daily Purchases - your call
- Car Rental. Sub-compact cars cost as little as $2o per day (plus insurance) when booked online.Check Travelocity for car rental rates. These cheap sub-compacts are comfortable for two people with their luggage and are adequate for just about all travel routes.
- Car Insurance. Many credit cards provide car rental insurance (check your’s—apply for one that does), otherwise, full insurance can cost up to $35 per day
- Gasoline costs app. $4 per gallon, calculate 4 gallons per day for $16.
- Travel by bus and taxi. With a sub-compact car rental costing as little as $35 per day including gasoline ($17.50 per person per day!), it ’s hard to beat the combination of price and convenience. However if for some reason you choose not to drive you can get around the entire country using public transport. See Traveling by bus
- Excursions and additional services - your call. There are many additional services available such as guides, drivers and excursions that we can arrange for you on an individual basis. Inquire.
