- Day One – travel day, relax and orientation at Base Camp One
- Day Two – Beach Day at Sosua or Cabarete, two fun beach towns nearby. Dinner in Puerto Plata, sleep at Base Camp One
- Day Three – Puerto Plata to Santo Domingo, via the scenic highway to Santiago, with stops in Santiago (cigar factory, cultural center) La Vega (handicrafts), Bonao (lunch at a roadside parada), arrive by sundown at base camp in Santo Domingo’s colonial zone, dinner, nightlife, sleep
- Day Four – Santo Domingo to Samana. Breakfast and stroll (shopping, museums) in colonial zone; early afternoon departure to Samana, drive through palm forest and Los Haitises National Park; arrive before sundown at Samana base camp; dinner and nightlife in Samana city
- Day Five – Breakfast in Samana, boat ride to Cayo Levantado, lunch on Cayo Levantado; drive to Las Terrenas, arrive 4pm,; time for beach and sunset, sleep in Las Terrenas.
- Day Six – Las Terrenas to Puerto Plata along the north coast highway. Breakfast and beach time in Las Terrenas; noon departure, lunch along the way, arrive at Base Camp One by nightfall, dinner at base camp or in Puerto Plata
- Day Seven – travel day
The Northwest - 7 days, 5 beaches, 6 cities/towns, 4 base camps
- Day 1 – travel day, relax and orientation at Base Camp One.
- Day 2 – Beach Day at Sosua or Cabarete, two fun beach towns nearby. Dinner in Puerto Plata, sleep at Base Camp One
- Day 3 – Puerto Plata to Montecristi; direct drive, max 3 hrs; lunch at El Bistrot; check into base camp; explore Montecristi town, beach, El Morro; dinner in town, sleep at base camp
- Day 4 – Dajabon Market; noon drive to Punta Rucia remote beach town, arrive 3 pm, stay the night
- Day 5 – Drive to Luperon, explore town and estuary, visit El Castillo historical site, beach; drive to Puerto Plata by nightfall, stay at Base Camp One
- Day 6 – Morning explore Puerto Plata city, shopping; afternoon on the beach; dinner at Base Camp One
- Day 7 - Travel Day
Central Southwest Loop – 7 days, 2 beaches, 8 cities/towns, 4 base camps
- Day 1 – travel day, relax and orientation at Base Camp One.
- Day 2 – Beach Day at Sosua or Cabarete, two fun beach towns nearby. Dinner in Puerto Plata, sleep at Base Camp One
- Day 3 – Puerto Plata to Santo Domingo, via the scenic highway to Santiago, with stops in Santiago (cigar factory, cultural center) La Vega (handicrafts), Bonao (lunch at a roadside parada), arrive by sundown at base camp in Santo Domingo’s colonial zone, dinner, nightlife, sleep
- Day 4 – Santo Domingo to Barahona along the south coastal highway, check in to base camp, visit town, local beach
- Day 5 – Visit Lake Enriquillo
- Day 6 – travel to Jarabacoa by way of San Jose mountain road, sleep in Jarabacoa
- Day 7 – early departure for travel to Puerto Plata, refresh at Base Camp One, travel to airport
Northeast Coastline
- Day 1 – travel day, relax and orientation at Base Camp One.
- Day 2 – Beach Day at Sosua, lunch in Sosua village. Dinner in Puerto Plata, sleep at Base Camp One
- Day 3 – Puerto Plata to Samana, with stops in Cabarete, Rio San Juan, Playa Grande; arrive by late afternoon at Samana base camp; dinner, nightlife in Samana
- Day 4 – Catamaran boat trip to Los Haitises National Park, dinner, nightlife in Samana
- Day 5 – Beach day in Las Terrenas, check in to Las Terrenas base camp, dinner, nightlife in Las Terrenas
- Day 6 –Explore Las Terrenas town or beach time, midday depart for Puerto Plata, dinner and sleep at Base Camp One
- Day 7 – Shop, visit Puerto Plata time permitting; prepare for departure
Southeast Loop
- Day 1 – travel day, relax and orientation at Base Camp One.
- Day 2 – beach day in Cabarete, dinner, nightlife, sleep in Cabarete base camp
- Day 3 – drive to Santo Domingo via Nagua, stay at base camp in Colonial zone, dinner and nightlife in Colonial Zone
- Day 4 – drive to Punta Cana, dinner, nightlife, sleep in Punta Cana
- Day 5 – drive to Santo Domingo, stay another night at colonial zone
- Day 6 – drive to Puerto Plata via Bonao, Santiago, scenic highway; dinner, sleep at Base Camp One
- Day 7 - Shop, visit Puerto Plata time permitting; prepare for departure
